Mr./Ms. Natural Minnesota Bodybuilding, Figure & X-Treme Fit
Championships
This Natural Bodybuilding competition is held annually in Bloomington Minnesota. This event is open to competitors in any state in the country. Every competitor will go home with an
award and top 5 of each class are awarded beautiful Sculptures from Niels
Anderson Sculptures. This is a 7 year drug free show. The drug testing is done
by poly graph and urinalysis testing. There is a complete list of banned

Lifestyle Achievement Division
This division is always a motivating and fun division each year for the fans and
athletes. Those who enter this division are required to submit a stat sheet
containing body fat percent, and body weight from up to 12 months back from the
show date. They also are required to submit a before picture taken up to 12
months prior to show date. The stat sheet needs to be signed and certified by a
certified personal trainer. The stat sheet and before picture will be used to
compare to the stat sheet and picture that is then turned in the week of the
show and each entry is judged based on their personal accomplishment.
This division is not based on how one might look next to another but strictly on
the personal results and accomplishments that they have made. Each entry is
awarded and the male and female with the largest improvement will receive the
